Finished construction of Parapet walls to original elevations. This structure will be a time capsule to the overall story of this project.
Mix of Savannah greys and Bermuda stone

Removal of failing stucco that was made up of a combination of traditional Lime and areas where patching was made up of a Portland based stucco mix.
Removal of deteriorated brick, mortar, and repair of structural cracks. Used time period mortar.
Our goal in this project was to uncover original Savannah Grey brick to match front elevation for a uniformed orinal appearance.

Replaced windows
New break metal flashing with rubberized flashing. Install new kiln dried pressure treated 2x6 trim details with NP1 sealeant.
Presevered chimney from mid 1800's
Gentle cleaning, spot pointing, new urethane sealant where lap siding comes in contact with masonry.
Applied two cycles of consolidated water repellent to entire chimney
